All the weddings I get to capture leave a special place in my heart, and McKenna and Jayden’s wedding was no exception. Their big day was truly special – an intimate and relaxed celebration at a beautiful farmhouse-style Airbnb located in Mesa, Arizona. The venue was the perfect place for a wedding in the backyard! Surrounded by their loved ones, McKenna and Jayden said “I do” under a stunning white pergola with soft white drapes and greenery. Overall, I feel so lucky I was there to document all the emotion and joy of this special day!

While working with McKenna and Jayden, I got to learn about their love story! Jayden is originally from Manitoba, Canada, and McKenna is from Arizona. They met while studying at a university in Iowa. Watching them on their wedding day, it was clear their paths were meant to cross. For me, being a wedding photographer means I get to tell the unique story of two people who found each other. McKenna and Jayden’s wedding in the backyard was beautiful, but it was the deep emotions and love they share that made it so special.
